Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you play games made by Barsplay, including Keepwatch: Idle Kingdom RPG and Voxel Miner 3D, their demos and updates, or use barsplay.online. By installing or playing our games, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

2. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play our games for your own non-commercial use. You get a licence, not ownership. The Steam Subscriber Agreement and Google Play Terms of Service also apply to games you get through those stores.

3. Purchases and refunds

Game purchases, in-app purchases and refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its own refund policy. In-game items and currency have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money.

4. Fair use

Please don't:

• copy, sell, rent or redistribute our games, or any part of them
• extract and reuse our art, music or code outside the game
• use cheats or exploits to manipulate purchases, achievements or leaderboards
• use our games in a way that breaks the law or harms other people

Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law, such as reverse engineering for interoperability where the law allows it.

5. Videos, streams and coverage

You may stream our games, make videos about them and monetize that content on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok and similar platforms. You don't need to ask first. For articles and reviews, you may use material from our press kit. Please don't suggest that we endorse or sponsor you unless we've agreed to it.

6. Intellectual property

Our games and everything in them, including art, characters, music, sound, text and code, are owned by Barsplay or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. The Keepwatch and Barsplay names and logos are ours. Third-party marks belong to their owners.

7. Demos, updates and changes

Our games are still growing. We may update, rebalance, add or remove features, and demos may be limited in time or content. Updates may be needed to keep playing.

8. Disclaimer

We work hard to make our games stable, but they are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't guarantee that they will be free of bugs or interruptions, or that saves will never be lost. Keep your system and backups in good order.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Barsplay is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using or being unable to use our games or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the game or purchase in question. None of this limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

10. Ending the licence

If you seriously break these terms, your licence to play may end. Sections 6, 8, 9 and 11 still apply after that.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims there.

12. Changes and contact
