Keepwatch is an idle auto-battler RPG that quietly runs on your desktop. Build your camp, gear up your one and only hero, and let them fight while you get back to work.
Keepwatch lives right above the Windows taskbar. You command a single hero, but not directly: they wander, work, grow and fight incoming enemies on their own. Your job is to grow the camp, make the gear and skill decisions, and step in at the moments that matter.
By day the hero gathers wood, stone and iron and builds up the camp. When night falls, enemy waves march in and the hero fights them automatically. What decides the outcome is your preparation: the armor you forged, the weapon you risked upgrading, and the path you carved through the skill tree.
Every panel opens above the strip, over whatever is on your desktop.

The hero sets out from camp in the morning and takes on whatever the road brings. None of it is steered by hand; the outcome comes from gear and skills chosen earlier.
Culture is cosmetic. It never changes stats or behavior, so the only thing to read off an enemy is its silhouette.
There is a single archetype. What makes a build is the skill tree and the gear: up to eighteen armor sets per slot and ten weapon levels, each with its own model.
