Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Barsplay is an independent game studio. This policy covers our games Keepwatch: Idle Kingdom RPG (Windows, on Steam), Voxel Miner 3D (Android, on Google Play) and this website, barsplay.online. For anything about your data, write to support@barsplay.online.

2. Keepwatch (Windows, Steam)

Steam account. When the game starts, the Steam client gives it your Steam ID and display name. The game only keeps these in memory on your computer and does not send them to us.

Achievements. When you unlock an achievement, the game reports it to Steam through Valve's Steamworks service. Valve's Privacy Policy covers that data.

Save data. Your progress is saved in your Windows user profile (under AppData\LocalLow\Barsplay). If Steam Cloud is turned on, Steam may keep a copy of those files. Uninstalling the game and deleting that folder removes them.

Living on your desktop. To sit above your taskbar, the game reads your monitor layout and your mouse position, and uses them only on your computer. It does not record your screen, read other windows or log your keystrokes.

No analytics. Keepwatch has no analytics, crash reporting or advertising software. It doesn't contact our servers at all.

3. Voxel Miner 3D (Android, Google Play)

Analytics. We use GameAnalytics and Unity analytics to learn how the game is played. This includes:

• levels started and finished, tutorial steps, boosters used, in-game currency spent and earned, and screens opened
• your device model, operating system, language, app version and approximate country
• random identifiers created for analytics, such as an analytics user ID and the Android app set ID

We use this only to balance difficulty, find bugs and improve the game. We don't use it to identify you or to target ads.

Purchases. In-app purchases go through Google Play Billing, with Unity In-App Purchasing. Google processes your payment. We receive only a confirmation of what was bought so the game can deliver it, and never your payment details. Google's Privacy Policy applies to the payment.

Ads. Voxel Miner 3D currently shows no ads and contains no advertising software. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

Your choices. You can reset or limit identifiers in your Android settings, and uninstalling the game removes its data from your device. To have your analytics data deleted, email us and we will handle the request with our analytics providers.

4. This website

barsplay.online is a static site with no accounts and no analytics, and it sets no cookies of its own. Some parts load from other companies:

• Fonts come from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.
• The Steam widget on the Keepwatch page is served by Valve, which may set its own cookies.
• Our host, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and pages requested, for security and maintenance.

Links to Steam, Discord and Google Play take you to their sites, where their own policies apply.

5. Email and messages

If you email us or message us on Discord, we keep your address and messages only to reply and follow up. We delete them when they are no longer needed.

6. Sharing and transfers

We share data only with the service providers named above, and only so they can do their job. Some of them process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union, under their own safeguards. We never sell personal data.

7. Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13, or under the minimum digital-consent age in your country, and we don't knowingly collect their personal data. If you think a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR in the EU and the KVKK in Türkiye, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, and to object to how it is used. To use these rights, email support@barsplay.online. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Changes

If we change how we handle data, for example by adding a new service to a game, we will update this page and the date at the top.
